RAVO forms a separate business unit with its sister companies, Dulevo, Mathieu and Scarab; Cleantech. You will be part of the RAVO HR team and contribute to RAVO as a professional employer. RAVO offers you an annual contract for 32-40 hours/week with the intention of collaborating for the longer term.

Our offer

Your HR responsibilities are broad and diverse. You'll become the HR business partner mainly of the Operations department. You'll juggle multiple tasks effortlessly, switching between operational/tactical HR issues and strategic HR themes such as recruitment , employer branding, strategic workforce planning (SPP), management development, and absenteeism/sustainable employability. RAVO's HR department is rapidly developing. Numerous HR projects are planned for the coming years, where your experience will allow you to make a significant contribution.

Main tasks

A selection of your daily tasks and responsibilities:
  • You are a strong and decisive business and discussion partner, advising management, the Productionleader, and the fourTeam Leaders of the production department on various HR matters;
  • Together with your colleague HR Business Partner, you will be supporting other departments as well;
  • You support organizational changes from an HR perspective;
  • You contribute to various HR projects, further professionalizing HR processes, and, together with the HR team, you build a future-proof HR organization.

You are honest, persistent, business-oriented, and never lose sight of the individual. Your accessibility makes you a valued discussion partner for both managers and colleagues.

Requirements:
  • A completed bachelor's degree in HR (or another relevant field);
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner;
  • Working in a technical production environment;
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
