The RAVO Academy is located in Alkmaar.
You'll be part of the Aftersales department and the Academy team, contributing to growth in domestic and international markets. In addition to expanding the current RAVO team, you'll also collaborate with the Technical Trainers at other locations in the United Kingdom and France. You'll report to the RAVO Academy Manager.

Main responsibilities
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and organizing training sessions for all RAVO machines. In this dynamic role, you will encounter a wide variety of technologies, including electronics, hydraulics, and diesel drives, as well as the latest EV technologies for the electric line.

You will also be involved in:
- Promoting the training program at dealers who work closely with the sales teams;
- Supporting other training programs within the various locations of our sister companies;
- Coordinating and maintaining a safe working environment during training workshops;
- Gaining input from the sales, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize training programs.
You will spend your time mostly at our location in Alkmaar (approximately 70%) hosting small groups and/or giving webinars from your own studio, where the working language is English. You will also provide training at dealers abroad. These are usually short trips of a few days (approximately 30% of the time).

Our requirements:
- Education minimum at relevant Bachelor level.
- Comfortable traveling regularly and spending up to 30% of your time on the road.
- You are a highly independent and decisive trainer accustomed to taking responsibility for the entire training process.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise in hydraulics, electronics, and EV technology ensuring that dealers learn the best maintenance techniques to resolve malfunctions quickly and effectively.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- Ideally, you have previously worked in a multifunctional role involving both commercial and technical assignments, for example, as a (international) service technician or trainer.
- Experience writing documentation and procedural materials for various target groups is a major benefit.You are passionate about sharing product
- knowledge with dealers and are comfortable presenting to groups of people
