    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Define the specification of electric drive system. Assist supplier in the design of the overall software framework, and ensure the scientific and forward-looking product architecture, make sure the system matches with FRED product applications.
    2. Understand the motor control system, including the formulation of motor control strategy, innovative design of algorithms, and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system. Participate in the review of algorithm design and related code on machine level, put forward improvement suggestions from a professional point of view to enhance the reliability and stability of the product.
    3. In the development process, rigorously write all kinds of software design documents, including but not limited to requirement specifications, design documents, test reports, etc., to ensure the completeness and traceability of project documents. Actively maintain close communication and collaboration with other departments within the company to provide the necessary technical support and solutions to jointly promote the smooth implementation of the project.

      About you

      JOB REQUIREMENTS:

      1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, automation control and other related majors, with solid professional theory foundation.
      2. Proficient in motor mathematical modeling and vector control theory, and able to skillfully apply relevant theories to solve practical engineering problems. Proficient in key technologies such as motor parameter identification, SVPWM modulation, deadband compensation, position observer algorithms, and inductive and non-inductive control algorithms. Familiar with the application characteristics of BLDC (brushless DC motor), PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor), ACIM (AC asynchronous motor) in electric vehicles, and proficient in the integration and optimization of motor control algorithms in actual vehicle systems.
      3. Proficient in the application of motor position sensors, especially in the use of rotary sensors, and able to select appropriate sensor solutions for different application scenarios.
      4. Good English reading and writing skills, able to skillfully read English technical documents, write technical reports, and communicate with international teams without barriers.
