Dynapac is looking for a highly motivated person with a can-do attitude and willingness to be part of the Global Aftermarket Team located in Bremen and leader of the Dynapac Distribution Center in Bremen, Germany.

You will be a direct report to the Vice President Operations & Engineering.


JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Strategic and operational management of the entire warehouse and logistics area in Bremen
  2. Create and execute a structure for Aftermarket with focus on: Customers/dealers, Regional Campaigns, Supporting the Divisional strategy on handling competition
  1. Monthly follow up of revenue / profits in close cooperation with all CC´s
  2. Responsible for all concerns of the Distribution Center as well as the contractors
  3. Improvement of: Customer satisfaction, Transport and packaging cost, Stock policy,Cost structure (such as overhead- and functional cost), Branding activities
  4. Take Leadership of complete Dynapac DC Team in Bremen according to org. structure
  5. Bring digitalization in DDC forward
  6. Close cooperation with Global DC Teams to share best practices
  7. Lead the inbound and outbound logistics processes generating reporting measures for KPI's
  8. Strengthen the call off process by continuously taking customer feedback and implementing measures with inbound activities including with supply chain
  9. Interact with Customers in order to promote use of digital tools
  10. Responsibility for occupational safety, quality and compliance

    About you

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE
    • Completed studies in the field of logistics, business administration, supply chain management or comparable qualification
    • Several years of management experience in a logistics center or spare parts warehouse
    • Deep understanding of modern warehousing and distribution processes
    • Experience in project and change management
    • Proven business and results oriented background
    • Good understanding of Supply Chain, Warehousing and Aftermarket
    • Ability to cooperate with customers and stakeholders
    • Fluency in English and German; other languages knowledge will be an added value
    • Commercial awareness and creativity
