- You are responsible for our global supplier management and ensure supplier performance in the areas of quality and logistics across all our sites and product groups
- You ensure a stable supply to our production by continuously developing and improving our global supplier network
- You analyze, standardize, and optimize processes, methods, and tools in strategic and operational supplier management and ensure compliance
- You manage, monitor, and further develop supplier performance based on relevant KPIs and initiate sustainable improvement measures
- You take on both functional and disciplinary leadership of the Global Supplier Development Engineers at our international locations
About you
- Completed university degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or an equivalent field, along with several years of professional experience in quality management, supplier quality, production, procurement/purchasing, or a comparable industrial environment
- Experience in leading and collaborating with international or global teams, as well as industry knowledge in construction and agricultural machinery, the automotive sector, or another industrial environment
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel (30%)
